Missing a puzzle piece? Don't worry! Whether the piece fell victim to the vacuum cleaner, the dog, or some unexplained mystery... whatever the reason, we're here to help!

We want our puzzles to last a lifetime as part of our eco-friendly commitment. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping you complete your masterpiece rather than leaving it gathering dust in a closet.

Free Puzzle Piece Replacement Service

A supportive service: This service is completely free of charge. It is offered in good faith to help you out, although it does not imply the legal responsibility of the company.

Part availability: We generally keep replacement pieces in stock for puzzles produced within the last two years. For older models, we'll gladly search through our drawers: if we find your piece, it's yours!

"Anti-Swiss Cheese" rule: This service is limited to a maximum of two pieces per puzzle. Beyond that, it's no longer after-sales support, it's a puzzle kit! 😉 We’re counting on you to double-check under the rug before reaching out!
